In the top picture, the man has the physical qualities of a lion. They both have bushy hair, and sad drooping eyes. They each have a curly beard, and round ears. Personality traits of the lion include courage, as well as pride. A lion is not afraid of anything, and is a very regal creature. The man may be really dependable, and a strong person. He would probably be very brave, and willing to risk his life for others.
In the bottom picture the woman has the physical qualities of a greyhound. They each have a pointed nose, and a long slender neck. Their eyes are placed far apart, and are very inquisitive. Greyhounds are generally a very timid animal, and very meek. The woman would probably be quiet, and non confrontational.

I like how you compared both people to the animals that they look like. I think that you described both animals very well in what they are known for. I think that everyone would agree with you on what you said about each animal, and the people they were compared to.
ReplyDeleteYour comment about the man being a dependable, strong person is apt because it follows the ideology of physiognomy well. If a person is compared to a lion, it is likely that positive traits will be attributed to him/her. The "inquisitive eyes" trait is also very important; it denotes curiosity, and that is a trait that is know to indicate intelligence. What do you think about the man with the dog?
